The Court makes use of the latest secure, keyless technology, with external doors being opened with fobs, rather than fiddly keys.
These doors can always be opened from the inside, to avoid any accidental lock-ins, and are fully Disability Discrimination Act compliant. The handles are also the latest hardened, high-resistance material to provide extreme security for residents.
THE ALARM call SYSTEM
An alarm call system is fitted to each property and its maintenance is included in the Service Charge.
Pull cords are situated in every room of the development for maximum safety and security. In an emergency, this allows every Owner or guest to speak directly to the on-site duty manager.
