In addition to their properties, Owners at Margaret Court benefit from an impressive atrium entrance lobby, which leads to the communal lounge and dining room, where a substantial midday meal is available each day.
There is also a function room and a small laundry, while the surrounding gardens are fully landscaped.
STAFFING
In addition to the full-time Manager, there are five duty managers who work shifts, so that there is a member of staff on the premises 24 hours a day.
There is also a team of housekeeping assistants who provide a cleaning service for the private dwellings for one-and-a-half hours each week included in the Service Charge.
The housekeeping assistants also look after the communal areas and, if required, will give extra help to Owners, as agreed with the Manager. There is also a gardener and a handyman.
