The biggest news is that we have received ISO9001 accreditation for our quality management systems – official recognition of our commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
We achieved accreditation at the first attempt and the external auditor singled out the quality of our documentation for special praise.

CW has signalled its ambitions by hiring two new members of staff to boost the editorial team.
Olly Forrester joined in September as editorial account manager and Tim Marklew was taken on in November as junior copywriter.
