Mandy joined CW more years ago than she cares to admit to, when her children both reached school age. She previously worked at the BBC in Evesham. As office manager she essentially runs the outfit and knows everything, so we upset her at our peril!

A lunchtime run or trip to the gym usually calms the nerves and keeps her fit! Mandy has also been busy recently supervising the building of her new house, though she says her biggest achievement (presumably after a particularly frustrating session with a call centre) was completing the London Marathon.
