One of our most successful examples of less being more. When CW carried out a comprehensive communications audit for the fast food chain, we concluded there was too much information going to too many people too often.

To ensure relevant information goes to the right people at the right time we came up with a simple, but eye-catching poster produced regularly with at-a-glance updates on the latest meal deals, hygiene tips, customer-service policies and colleague news. Posters in the staffrooms are perfect as meetings are difficult to arrange because of diverse shift patterns and late working among employees.
